Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time

This game was the grandfather to so many great games today. Without it RPGs would be nothing, this game truley walked so that many games that came after could run! The only reason I can't give this game a 5/5 is because on my first playthrough I got the Water temple glitch, and my small brain at the time could not understand. This is also where my love for Gorons was born, I love these oafish big guys and their boys club mentality. I even homebrewed a Goron into a game of DnD and I love him! My favorite song to play was Eponnas Song not only did I like the tune it also spawned my horse and I just love that!

Pokemon Stadium

The announcer alone makes this game worth it to me. "Wooow taken down with one hit!" "Gaaahh its a one hit wonder!" I would play this game for hours with my cousins, and once we got bored of the battle mode we would play the minigames, my favorites in no order are, Rock Harden, DIG! DIG! DIG!, and Run, Rattata, Run. I very much hated Snore War, I think we just didn't understand it, but it was bad and I stand by that. The only memerable music from this game is the opening scene with all the pokemon being shown and the trumpets, other than that all I remember is the Clefairy Says minigame, its burned into me "FAIRY! FAIRY!" I never really got a chance to play it with my own mons from the Gameboy games but I have everything I need to do it now so I may return and write more once I have played around with it.

What can I say, this game defined a generation. I find myself still playing to this day and I really enjoy watching speedruns of it. I remember replaying the levels over and over as a kid and I loved the music in all the water based levels (finding myself just listening while I work now) I beat it as a kid and haven't found time to take down King Koopa and eat that tasty cake that Peach made for me again. I believe this is the game that my mom started me on (before my hands were big enought to hold a controller) and I've been a gamer since.

Super Smash Bros

It was fun for the time but it was really clunky and unbalanced, there are better fighting games of the time. I don't really play it anymore but I have fond memories. Music slapped though! I might go load it up rn for the music alone.
